DRAFT GUIDING PRINCIPLES ON THE RIGHTS OF ALL MIGRANTS

The African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights (ACHPR) invites comments, contributions and recommendations to the Draft Guiding Principles on the Rights of All Migrants, which can be accessed at: https://achpr.au.int/en/documents/2022-12-23/draft-african-guiding-principles-human-rights-all-migrants.

The ACHPR hopes to receive all comments, feedback and recommendations as soon as possible and aims to consider and incorporate them into the final document.
