Informed primarily by Namibia’s renewed revitalisation towards sustainable economic development premised in its green hydrogen economic ambitions, and the emerging broad African continental gear towards free trade, regional economic integration and sustainable development tailored on the recently concluded African Continental Free Trade Agreement (ACfTA), the School of Law in the Faculty of Commerce, Management and Law, jointly with the African Network of Constitutional Lawyers and its partners, will be hosting an international conference under the theme “Constitutionalism and sustainable economic development in Africa”.
The aim of this Conference is to reflect on the role of African Constitutions, more especially constitutional principles, in harnessing and shaping the full trade, development and investment potential of Namibia and African States.
