Oluwaseyi Sanni is an Editorial Assistant at AfronomicsLAW and the African Sovereign Debt Justice Network. In 2020, as a Schulich scholar, he completed a thesis based LLM research program at the Schulich School of Law, Dalhosuie University during which he explored in theory the advantages of a dispute resolution mechanism under the African Continental Free Trade Area Agreement that is characteristic of the African Continent. In the same year, he completed a series of Canadian Law practice exams and obtained a Certificate of Qualification as a prerequisite for practicing law in Canada. As a researcher, Oluwaseyi has executed a number of projects including the completion of a comprehensive research on Animal rights within the Commonwealth at the Commonwealth Judicial Education Institute. On occasion he also finds opportunity to teach the law to undergraduate students at the Faculty of Arts, Dalhosuie University. Oluwaseyi Sanni obtained his LLB from the University of Lagos and is licensed to practice law in Nigeria.
